Tech 2 will not cover these models. My order number is 93595. Once i loaded the hard drive I try to click the offboardDiaglauncher software on the desktop but the program does not open. Instead I receive a window asking for registration information see attached picture : name and key. I do not have either of these and cannot access the program. I would greatly mdi it if you could tell me how to get passed this window and access this program. The software which I received was Xentry which is a Mercedes program. This program also does not work and also asks for an activation code. I have paid for this product and I would like it to be shipped to me. I download to use both programs urgently so a fast resolution would be greatly appreciated. If we buy software gm tech 2 win, can we copy it without any problems to our harddisk? Does it works without limitation? Can you tell it to us how to crack it? We hope you understand, otherwise we cant make business. Can we copy it to our hdd ,and works it too?
